The nature of digital media, including ebooks, templates, bundles, themes, plugins, and more, enables instant downloads upon purchase. There is no trial or grace period after purchasing any product, which implies that all sales are final. Once digital products are purchased, they cannot be returned. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided unless the product downloaded from the website was completely unusable. Requesting a refund or initiating a PayPal dispute or UPI report after receiving delivery will result in a ban from our site.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply choose not to use the purchased products. While we stand behind our products and offer assistance in resolving any issues you may encounter, we expect you to adequately understand your purchase and its purpose.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:

No returns or refunds will be offered for digital products unless:

  • The product’s main description was fully misleading.
  • You didn’t download any or many files from our website.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in situations including:

  • A change of mind about an item or subscription.
  • Purchasing an item by mistake and downloading it.
  • A product purchased by someone else using your PayPal account with legal access.
  • Inability to install the downloaded product.
  • Incompatibility with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
  • The product not functioning as expected.
  • The product requires a license key or activation.
  • Website damage during product installation.
  • Refusal to provide access to your website for investigation by our support staff.

Please note:

  • Account cancellations are accepted at any time, but there are no refunds for cancellations.
  • If you receive a refund, you cannot continue using downloaded premium products.
  • If the product remains damaged after an update, we may adjust your refund amount accordingly.
